PROCESS RITE / CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Get the right help for your payment setup.

Tell us what stopped working and how it affects your business. We review your request and help identify the next step or the provider responsible.

Existing customers · Callback requests · Provider escalation

Choose the support path.

Processing, POS hardware, third-party applications and internet service may have different support teams. Your statement and agreement identify the responsible payment provider.

PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS

Charges, settlement or disputes

Use the processor’s support details on your merchant statement for time-sensitive payment or deposit questions. We can help review the issue and coordinate the appropriate next step.

CLOVER® & EQUIPMENT

Devices, receipts or setup

Open Help on your Clover device or dashboard for the account’s support options. Include the device model, exact error and affected workflow when requesting assistance.

APPS & CONNECTIVITY

Application or network issues

Include the application name and the affected device. App subscriptions and network services may require the developer or internet provider; we clarify the handoff rather than assuming one team covers everything.

Help us understand the problem quickly.

Include in your request

  • Business name, town and callback details
  • Device model or application name
  • The exact error and when it started
  • Whether one device or the whole location is affected
  • The best callback time and business impact

Keep payment information private

Never send full card numbers, customer payment details, PINs, passwords, bank credentials or identity documents in the enquiry form or by text.

For suspicious transactions, account access or funding concerns, contact the responsible provider through the official details on your statement.

Before retrying a payment

  1. Check the transaction record

If the result is uncertain, verify its status before charging again. Repeated attempts can create duplicate transactions.

  2. Record the visible error

Note the time, message and device. Check power, connectivity and paper supply where relevant; avoid a factory reset unless directed by the responsible support team.

  3. Use the correct support channel

Contact your processor for payment/account issues and the device or application support team for product problems. Include what you have already checked.

Support questions

Is a human available 24/7?

Process Rite does not advertise 24/7 human support or a guaranteed response time. Phone intake can record a request; human callback timing is confirmed after contact. Your provider may offer its own support hours under your agreement.

Can you guarantee a replacement device or same-day fix?

No. Replacement eligibility, stock, shipping and resolution depend on the equipment agreement, provider and issue. Request the relevant warranty and support terms.

Can I request support without opting into texts?

Yes. Text choices are optional. You may request a callback or email assistance without consenting to either support or promotional SMS.

What happens to my support request?

Your enquiry is recorded for follow-up. We review the information, clarify the issue and identify responsibility or escalation. The form is not an emergency response channel.
