Start with the actual operating problem.
Identify the approved invoice and the person who owns the outstanding balance. Decide how the customer receives a secure payment request, how staff confirm collection and how the invoice becomes paid. A standalone card receipt is not proof that accounting has posted it.
Some firms have trust, escrow, client-fund or professional obligations that ordinary operating-account payments do not address. Raise those requirements with the responsible professional adviser and provider before selecting a product. Do not use this public form to send confidential matter details.
