Situation

A retail counter needs barcode checkout, cash handling, customer receipts, controlled refunds and a reliable daily closeout.

Configuration to evaluate

Station Duo as the main counter with a compatible scanner, printer and cash drawer. Mini may fit a secondary lane only if catalog and peripheral requirements are proven.

Deployment work

1. Import or prepare representative catalog data.
2. Confirm taxes, prices, barcodes, users and permissions.
3. Test scanner, drawer, printer, discounts, returns and manager approvals.
4. Train opening, cashier, manager and closing workflows.
5. Verify batch close and first settlement.

Go-live evidence

A real deployment record should include hardware serials, configuration owner, test results, training attendance, launch issues, resolution owner and follow-up date.
