Local Proof Collection Process

Process Rite does not publish a New Jersey city or county page merely by changing a place name. A local page must be supported by unique, permissioned evidence.

Evidence collected

  • Merchant-approved business type and location description
  • Verified deployment or onboarding record
  • Approved photos or configuration details
  • Locally specific service and installation logistics
  • Merchant-approved quotation when available
  • Date, source, consent status and disclosure

Collection workflow

  1. Record evidence during onboarding and deployment.
  2. Classify sensitive, internal, anonymized and public fields.
  3. Request narrow written permission for each public element.
  4. Verify facts against deployment records.
  5. Remove unnecessary personal, financial and account information.
  6. Publish only when the page contains unique local value.
  7. Review consent and accuracy annually.

Local-page release gate

A city or county page requires at least one verified local deployment or merchant example plus unique service logistics and FAQs. A state or place name alone is not proof.

No Clifton, Paterson, Passaic, Totowa, Bergen County or Passaic County page should publish until its own evidence gate passes.
