What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in Merchant Services – Having knowledge of payment processing, gateway services, and POS systems is a big plus.
✅ POS System Expertise – Familiarity with Clover, NRS, Dejavoo (all models), Pax (all models), Curve, and the ability to download and manage encryption for Pax and Dejavoo devices.
✅ Technical Support Communication – Ability to communicate with processors’ technical teams and seek assistance when downloading encryption or handling technical troubleshooting.
✅ Zoho CRM Knowledge – Experience in managing Zoho CRM, Zoho Invoices, and Zoho Desk to streamline merchant onboarding and support processes.
✅ Paperwork Management – Strong organizational skills to handle merchant onboarding paperwork and ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
✅ Digital Signature Platforms – Understanding how to efficiently use platforms like DocuSign, HelloSign, and PDF Filler for contracts and agreements.

Bonus Points If You:

💬 Speak Multiple Languages – Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and we prioritize excellent communication. Being able to speak English, Spanish, Arabic, Hebrew, or Chinese is a huge plus and will give you an edge in assisting merchants.
💻 Tech-Savvy – Having a strong technical background in POS systems or payment processing will significantly boost your chances of success.
